The blueprint is proprietary. After all we’ve put a lot of work into it and commercials aren’t finalised. But we did want to share the capabilities in an update. We’re not claiming victory. But we are claiming traction. Here it is:

The Blueprint – Ghost Stack (we started with 6)

1. The Scout (Product & Supplier)

Does: Finds new gadgets, checks specs, MOQ/lead times, samples language, CE/UKCA/ROHS claims, shipping dims.
Tools: Google Sheets (catalog), WooCommerce REST (draft products), Email/Gmail read-only, web search; optional: Alibaba/Temu vendor scraping.
Output: Shortlist with landed cost, margin, risk flags, and a “go/no-go” score.

2. The Merchandiser (Copy & Assets)

Does: Names (Specter Cell, etc.), SEO title/desc, bullets, comparison tables, bundle descriptions, alt text; generates image briefs or prompts.
Tools: WooCommerce REST (update product fields), Canva API or Midjourney/Firefly for mockups (if used), Surfer/Frase API for SEO terms.
Output: Ready-to-publish PDPs + bundle pages, consistent GhostGen tone.

3. Traffic Captain (Ads & Content)

Does: Creates/iterates ad creatives (hooks, 5–7s video scripts), posts Reels/TikToks, schedules content, rotates winners.
Tools: Meta/TikTok/Google Ads APIs, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite, UTM builder.
Output: Weekly test plan (3–5 angles per SKU), ROAS/CPA dashboard, paused losers.

4. CRO Steward (Site Optimiser)

Does: Heatmap insights, page speed fixes, A/B tests (hero copy, CTAs, price points, bundles), checkout friction pruning.
Tools: Google Optimize alternative (Convert/Optimizely), GA4 + GTM, Hotjar/Clarity, Woo hooks.
Output: Experiments with significance, “ship” recommendations.

5. The Concierge (CX & Retention)

Does: Tier-1 support (shipping, returns, status), warranty logic, proactive “where’s my order?” updates, post-purchase emails, review/UCG requests.
Tools: Help desk (Gorgias/Help Scout/Zendesk), Woo order API, Easyship/Shippo, Mailchimp/FluentCRM, WhatsApp/FB Messenger.
Output: Resolutions, RMAs, CSAT tracking, review capture.

6. The Ops Sentinel (Margins, Stock, Risk)

Does: Reconciles supplier invoices vs PO, tracks landed margin, flags stock-outs, forecasts reorders, fraud/risk checks.
Tools: WooCommerce, supplier CSV/API, Stripe/PayPal, Excel/Sheets, Riskified/Fraudlabs (optional).
Output: Weekly P&L snapshot by SKU, reorder list, risk report.

Conclusion

The Ghost Stack lives. And while the full system still lurks behind the curtain, the colateral that put us on the path leading us here is open to anyone curious enough to explore. This is what happens when promptcraft meets infrastructure—when strategy isn’t bolted on, but baked in from day one.
